Just wondering how I should adjust the snake draft in our league. I want the last placed team to have first pick in every round, but in this first year I want a full snake draft to evenly spread the players. Is this possible?

That setting is under Commish Options->Edit Keeper Options->Select "Do Not Snake At All" -- you can change the draft's serpentine options here.
To ever manually change the draft order, head to Commish Options->Edit Draft Order
