Eric Nystrom scored the game-winning goal in Dallas' 4-1 victory over Edmonton on Tuesday night.

The fourth-line left winger was surprisingly effective on Tuesday. Aside from scoring the go-ahead marker in the third, Nystrom finished with a plus-3 rating. Jaromir Jagr also added his fourth goal of the year later in the final frame.

Eric Nystrom has agreed to terms with the Stavanger Oilers.

The Oilers play in Norway's GET-ligaen. Nystrom had 16 goals and 21 points in 74 games with the Dallas Stars last season.

Nystrom has missed three games with a lacerated leg suffered early in a March 26 game at Calgary. The veteran forward has a career-high 16 goals this season, but he has gone his last 14 matches without finding the net.

Eric Nystrom has been out for three games due to a leg laceration.

The good news is Nystrom is probable for Tuesday's contest. "Nystrom skated today full skate, so it looks like he should be ready," Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said. He has 16 goals and 21 points in 71 games this season.
