Vancouver center Maxim Lapierre has historically gotten a lot of penalty minutes but, if he's to be believed, he says his misconducts will decrease significantly in the coming season.

"I've been doing a lot of thinking," Lapierre said. "It's going to be a physical game when we get back playing and I don't think I'm going to talk as much on the ice. I even think I'm not even going to talk at all. I'm going to play my role and play physical. Do what I have to do and get back to the bench."

Lapierre moves down to the second line for tonight's tilt. He scored nine goals and 19 points with 128 PIM in 81 games.
