Jiri Hudler played his first game of the season on a line with Matthew Stajan and Roman Cervenka Saturday.

Hudler missed the first three games of the season due to the sudden passing of his father as he spent a lot of time with his family in the Czech Republic. He drew an assist in the win over Edmonton. It was also the NHL debut of Roman Cervenka who missed time with blood clots.
