Nicklas Grossmann is still suffering from post-concussion syndrome.

He is scheduled to revisit a neurologist in Pittsburgh on May 6, along with fellow Flyers defenseman Marc-Andre Bourdon, for follow-up exams. They are suffering from vestibular imbalance, which affects motion and balance. It is the same affliction that has hindered Chris Pronger from returning to normalcy.

Grossmann was injured in a collision with a teammate at a March 22 practice. He has missed nine games, during which the Flyers have gone 4-3-2. "He has vestibular issues," Holmgren said, which means that Grossmann is having problems with his balance.

The Flyers hope to get Nicklas Grossmann (upper body) back on Tuesday against the New York Islanders.

Grossmann was injured during a workout a few weeks ago and is listed as day-to-day. Grossmann's fantasy value is limited in standard leagues, but may be worth a look in deeper leagues that use hits and blocked shots as scoring categories.
