Goc (foot) was on the ice for pregame warmups and looks set to play Thursday against the Canucks, Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Goc was centering the fourth line during rushes and looks ready to go after a two-game absence. He's a useful grinder and generally fares well on face-offs, but with just one point in 22 games, the fantasy appeal is minimal.

Goc went minus-2 over his 11:47 of action in Saturday's loss to the Islanders.

The minus-2 puts Goc on the negative side of the plus/minus ledger for the season, but that's not the only area the center has made little to no impact for the Pens. He's contributed just one point, 18 shot attempts, 17 hits and two penalty minutes in 19 games.
