Enroth will get the start Thursday against the Oilers, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports.
Buffalo has lost in each of Enroth's last eight games, but he'll be back in net Wednesday looking to turn things around. He's allowed 17 goals over his last three games alone and his GAA has ascended to 3.43 on the season.

Enroth gave up four goals on 31 shots in Tuesday's loss to Calgary.
In a typical Buffalo-style game, his teammates mustered only 18 shots on opposing goalie Jonas Hiller. That's seven straight losing starts for Enroth (he had one relief appearance without a decision in that span), who's given up a stunning 34 goals on those seven losses. Yes, 34. A whopping 22 of those have come in his last four starts.

Enroth is slated to start Tuesday's game against the Flames, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports.
With Michal Neuvirth dealing with a lower-body injury, Enroth and Matt Hackett are in line to handle the Sabres' goaltending duties for the time being. Of course, with the team on an 11-game slide, there's not much fantasy upside to be had with either of the two keepers.

Enroth gave up six goals on 26 shots in Sunday's loss to Detroit.
Another awful outing from Enroth, who has given up a whopping 18 goals in his last three appearances. The 26-year-old is now 11-17-2 on the season with a .899 save percentage and 3.41 GAA. Michal Neuvirth is also struggling to win games, so Enroth should still see a solid workload going forward. Unfortunately, the Sabres are just so bad that Enroth really doesn't provide much fantasy value. He'll keep starting games, but don't expect many wins.

Enroth gave up a whopping seven goals on 37 shots while his offense failed to score a single goal of its own in Thursday's loss to the Wild.
Well, that's about as complete a loss as a team can take -- offense, defense and goaltending all failed the citizens of Buffalo on Thursday night, but that's nothing new to Sabres fans, who have seen their once-proud organization utterly implode over the last couple years. Enroth's lost five consecutive starts, with save percentages under .900 in each of those (though he did post a .933 in relief against the Rangers on Jan. 3... if that makes you feel better). And the Sabres, amazingly enough, are still trending downward. You'd have thought they had nowhere to go but up.

Enroth will start in goal Thursday against the Wild.
Enroth -- who has struggled of late -- will return to the Buffalo net on Thursday after giving way to Michal Neuvrith in the team's last two games. Overall, Enroth has a 3.20 GAA and .906 save percentage over 29 contests, including 27 starts.

Enroth could provide a short-term solution for the Red Wings, who are without Jimmy Howard (lower body), reports SN960.
With Howard on the injured reserve, the Red Wings may be looking for a temporary solution in net. Enroth is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year and has been proven to be a capable NHL goalie. The Red Wings love Mrazek, but may be uncomfortable going forward with such an inexperienced goalie, especially if Howard needs more time to recover. For the re-building Sabres, the asking price will be quite high. There's still plenty of time until the trade deadline which means the Sabres aren't in a hurry to deal right now and will wait as patiently as possible to get the best possible return. If Enroth does end up going to Detroit, he's definitely worth picking up. His wins will increase and he already has pretty good peripheral stats for someone who routinely sees more than 35 shots a game.

Enroth gave up five goals on 31 shots to take his fourth consecutive losing decision Thursday in Carolina.
Enroth has been simply awful lately, as he's only allowed fewer than three goals in one of his last 11 starts. Unfortunately, he's given up four or more goals six times in that same span. There are precious few fantasy formats that offer any reward for play this brutal.

Enroth was the first goalie off the ice at the Sabres' morning skate, indicating that he is in line to start Thursday's game against the Hurricanes.
The Sabres, who have dropped five straight decisions, will face a Carolina squad that has won two of three games in January, yet still sits in last place in the Eastern Conference, with 28 points in 40 games to date.
