Brandon Dubinsky C CLS 25 Days

Dubinsky collected two assists and dished out four hits in Friday's blowout win over the Blues.

A great all-around outing for Dubinsky, who snapped a five-game scoring drought. Centering the second line, Dubinsky is capable of contributing in multiple fantasy categories, making him a must-own in deeper formats. The 28-year-old has missed significant time this season due to injury, but should still be able to hit the 30-point mark.

Dubinsky contributed an assist and three shots on goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Bruins.

Dubinsky has been relatively quiet since his two-goal outing back on Jan. 4, registering no goals and two assists over his last six outings. It's not atypical scoring production for a player who hasn't topped more than 54 points in a season, but the forward at least does well to supplement his value in other areas. He's already tallied 44 hits and 19 PIM over his 17 games.

Dubinsky scored his first two goals of the season in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Avalanche.

Dubinsky has been on fire in the past week, recording three multi-point games in his last four with seven points in that span. The 28-year-old was sidelined to begin the season so he's got just nine points in 11 contests thus far, but he appears to have shaken off any rust he may have had.

Dubinsky suffered a lower-back injury during Saturday's game against the Coyotes but will be in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Avalanche, Aaron Portzline of The Columbus Dispatch reports.

Dubinsky's lower back injury that forced his earlier departure from Saturday's game is not believed to be serious. As a result, he should be deployed as usual against the Avalanche on Sunday.

Dubinsky (undisclosed) wasn't on the ice for the final half of Saturday's third period, but Blue Jackets' coach Todd Richards said he expected Dubinsky to be in the lineup Sunday, the Columbus Dispatch reports.

This doesn't appear to be a big deal, but given the Jackets' awful luck with injuries this season, Dubinsky's owners will likely be holding their breath until he actually hits the ice against the Avalanche on Sunday.

Dubinsky scored two assists in a 3-1 win over Minnesota on Wednesday.

That's the second consecutive two-assist game from Dubinsky, who now has six assists in nine games on the season. The Blue Jackets have sorely missed his presence in the lineup and he will score his first goal of the season soon enough. Fantasy owners who have been patient while Dubinsky recovers from injury should be happy with the early returns and should expect his production to increase as he gets back into game shape. He's a valuable fantasy asset for his ability to provide stats across the board.

Dubinsky captured two assists and finished with a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 6-2 victory over the Bruins. In addition, the center won 14 of his 27 faceoffs.

It was the first multi-point game of the season for Dubinsky, who didn't make his debut until earlier this month following October abdominal surgery. Dubinsky's steady two-way skill set locks him as the Jackets' No. 2 center, but with 54 points representing his best scoring output for a full season, he's more of an asset in specialty formats that count PIM, hits and faceoff wins.

Finally playing his first game of the year Tuesday, Dubinsky skated 19:09 and assisted on Boone Jenner's power-play goal in a 3-2 overtime victory against the Flyers.

Nice to see Dubi jump right back into big minutes after missing the Jackets' first 26 games due to abdominal surgery. They'll be counting on him to keep delivering solid production and his usual gritty play as the second-line center.

Dubinsky (abdomen) will return to the lineup Tuesday against the Flyers, Jeff Rimer of Fox Sports Ohio reports.

Dubinsky was a full participant in Monday's practice, so barring a setback, he'll suit up for Tuesday's contest. The center hasn't played all season, but finished last year with 16 goals and 34 assists in 76 games.

Dubinsky (abdomen) will not play Saturday against the Lightning, Aaron Portzline of the Columbus Dispatch reports.

Dubinsky appears to be nearing a return, having traveled with the team on its current road trip, but evidently the Jackets just don't feel comfortable slotting him back into the lineup just yet. He'll cast an eye toward making his season debut Tuesday against Philadelphia.
