Cammalleri netted the only goal of the game Friday against Washington.
Cammalleri is heating up, netting two goals and four points in his last three games. He is up to seven goals and 11 points in 11 games this season, and is proving to be a nice fit in New Jersey. The 32-year-old, who has tallied an impressive three game-winning goals this season, can produce at somewhat close to a point-per-game pace when he is healthy. That last past is key, as he can't seem to avoid the injury bug. Ride him while he's healthy and playing well.

Cammalleri produced in his first game back from a neck injury, setting up both of New Jersey's goals in a 4-2 loss to Boston on Monday.
In addition to the pair of assists, he also fired three shots on goal and went 5-2 in the face-off circle. Cammalleri is up to an even point-per-game this season (nine in nine), and although he won't sustain that pace, he figures to be a solid fantasy contributor as long as he avoids injury.

Cammalleri (neck) has resumed skating, but won't receive clearance to play during the Devils' upcoming games in St. Louis and Detroit, Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record reports.
While it's encouraging that Cammalleri is back on the ice in some capacity, the Devils likely want to have him get in a full practice or two before using him in their lineup. Cammalleri has been out since Oct. 25 due to neck discomfort, but still leads the team with five goals. If he's able to squeeze in a practice over the weekend, he could be an option for coach Pete DeBoer during Monday's game with the Bruins.

Cammalleri (neck) is considered doubtful to play Saturday against the Blue Jackets, Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record reports.
Cammalleri remained off the ice again at Friday's practice while dealing with a jaw and neck issue, and changes appear slim that he'd be able to make a full recovery before Saturday's game. Ryane Clowe is expected to take his spot on the top line Saturday.

General manager Lou Lamoriello said Cammalleri is not dealing with a broken jaw, but could be experiencing some neck discomfort, Rich Chere of the Newark Star-Ledger reports.
Cammalleri was sent in for X-rays for further clarity on the matter and didn't join the team in Pittsburgh for Tuesday's game. The winger took an elbow to the jaw in Friday's game against the Stars, but remained in the contest the rest of the way and also played in Ottawa on Saturday. The Devils believe his injury is just a day-to-day situation, perhaps making him an option for Thursday's tilt with the Jets.
