Adam Burish (hand) isn't expected to play again during the regular season, but he could return during the playoffs.

He underwent surgery Wednesday to insert two pins in two fingers in his left hand after he blocked a shot against Edmonton on Tuesday. Burish missed the start of the 2013-14 campaign because of a procedure on his back, so he's been limited to just 15 games this year.

Burish suffered a lower body injury during the Sharks first preseason game and has not been on skates since. Everytime he gets close to returning to the ice, he suffers a setback.
