Subban had set a blistering pace in the month of February, but cooled some when March hit. He now has points in three of the previous four games and needs just one goal and one point to match his career-best marks in those categories.

After a 15-point February, Subban has been much quieter thus far in March, collecting no goals, three assists, and only 12 shots on net in eight games. The decline in productivity shouldn't prompt fantasy owners to stick him on their bench just yet, but he'll need to turn it around quickly with the fantasy playoffs approaching.

He had an assist, two blocked shots and three shots on goal.The Canadiens lost Sergei Gonchar (upper body) for the game after he was hit by Toronto's David Clarkson while in a vulnerable position, and then lost Nathan Beaulieu for 17 minutes after he responded to the Clarkson hit. Subban earned himself the comfy seat on the airplane Sunday when the team heads to Detroit for a game Monday.

Subban has five assists in his last four games because he's had a couple multi-point outings, but he's missed the scoresheet in five of his last eight outings and hasn't scored a goal since the All-Star break.
