Hall scored his 15th goal of the season and had an assist in Saturday's loss to the Canucks.

While it was a disappointing season for Hall, he went out with a strong performance Saturday. The 23-year-old finishes the season with 38 points and 158 shots on goal in 53 games. He's a prime bounce-back candidate next season, as injuries really took their toll on him this year. With just six power-play points this season, Hall is almost certainly due to improve on most of his offensive totals next season.

Hall will play center Tuesday versus the Kings, according to the Edmonton Sun.

With Ryan Nugent-Hopkins out for the game Hall will center the top line between Jordan Eberle and Benoit Pouliot. Hall playing center could help in leagues where faceoffs won is a category but it could also hurt his offensive numbers as he will now have more defensive responsibilities.

Hall tallied an empty-net goal and went plus-3 in Monday's win over the Avalanche.

Though the Oilers' fate was sealed long before Hall first began experiencing leg issues in late January, the team has delivered some inspired play since their top forward returned to the lineup. In Hall's first five games back from injury, the Oilers have won four times, scoring four goals in all the victories. He's unsurprisingly been a central figure in the team's attack, accruing two goals, three assists, and a plus-4 rating while putting 13 shots on goal.

Hall picked up an assist in Monday's loss to the Jets, giving him helpers in three straight games.

Hall is up to 21 assists on the season, but it's worth noting that he hasn't lit the lamp since Jan. 9. Highly regarded as an offensive stalwart, Hall hasn't finished with less than 16 goals in a single campaign since entering the NHL in 2010-11, yet he's on pace for only 13 this year. Not helping Hall's cause is a career-low shooting percentage of 8.3. Hall remains startable in a wide number of formats, but consider his scoring struggles when comparing him against other big names.

Hall (ankle) will be activated from injured reserve and will suit up for Saturday's game against the Flyers, Derek Van Diest of the Edmonton Journal reports.

The Oilers gave Hall clearance to return to action for the first time since Feb. 2 after he participated fully in line rushes and slotted in on the team's power-play unit during Saturday's morning skate. It looks like Hall could be brought back into the fold slowly, as he's set to skate next to Anton Lander and Andrew Miller on the third line, rather than reclaiming his usual post on the top trio. Prior to missing time with the injury, Hall was in the midst of a bit of a down year with 11 goals and 30 points in 42 games, but even that level of production still warrants a lineup spot in all but the shallowest of formats.

Coach Todd Nelson suggested that Hall (ankle) could be back in the lineup Saturday against the Flyers.

Hall has missed 23 of the Oilers' last 24 games due to the ankle injury, with his absence significantly aiding the team's efforts to land a top draft pick. However, it appears the winger, who still ranks third on the team in scoring despite the missed time, might be in line to draw back in Saturday. Hall ditched his yellow non-contact jersey at Friday's practice and appeared to participate fully in line work with Anton Lander and Ryan Hamilton. The Oilers should reach a decision on Hall's status following Saturday's morning skate.

Hall (ankle) skated with the Oilers on Monday, the team's official site reports.

While that's a step in the right direction for Hall, a timetable for his return to game action has yet to be established. "Until we get to a point where he's competing in a regular practice he's not ready to come back, obviously," interim Coach Todd Nelson noted Monday. "There's still some time with Taylor."

Hall (lower leg) could practice with the team Tuesday, according to the Edmonton Journal.

Hall has been out of the lineup for over a month but should return to the Oilers within the next week. There is a chance that he could join the team for their morning skate Monday but his first full practice won't come until Tuesday. If all goes well, Hall could be back in the lineup as early as Wednesday or more likely Saturday versus the Flyers.

According to Rob Tychkowski of the Edmonton Sun, Hall is out six weeks with a lower leg injury.Tychkowski adds that Hall is dealing with a cracked bone in his lower leg that the forward suffered when he was slashed back on Feb. 2. A late-March return thus looks like a best-case scenario for Hall.
