Palat scored the Lightning's only goal in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Rangers. It came on the power play at 6:45 of the third period and knotted the game at ones.

He one-timed a Tyler Johnson cross-ice feed from the right circle and caught Henrik Lundqvist moving. He also came close to putting the Bolts up 2-1 late in the third when he redirected at Nikita Kucherov shot, but Lundqvist got the best of him.

Palat assisted on Nikita Kucherov's first-period goal and potted one of his own on the power play in Tuesday's Game 6 clincher against Montreal.

It's been a pretty slow playoffs for Palat, but he's been picking up steam lately, having racked up two goals and five points in the final four games of the series against Montreal. He'll look to keep it going in the next round against either the Rangers or the Caps.

Palat factored into both Lightning goals in Thursday's Game 4 loss to Montreal, picking up a power-play goal and a power-play assist.

Faced with a 5-0 deficit, Palat did his part in the attempt to get the Lightning on the comeback trail, but his teammates didn't do much. The Czech winger has not impressed in these playoffs, collecting a modest six points with just eight shots on goal in 11 games. He's failed to put a shot on goal in six individual contests, but at least Palat's got three points (and three shots) in the last two games, so maybe he's turned a corner.

Palat recorded an assist to go along with six hits in Wednesday's Game 3 2-1 triumph over the Canadiens.

Palat was credited with a secondary helper on Tyler Johnson's game-winning goal, which came with just 1.1 seconds remaining in the third period. After a 63-point regular season, Palat has been quiet for most of the postseason with just a goal, three assists, and six shot attempts in the Bolts' 10 games. While he was able to come through in the clutch in Game 3, the overall trend of production doesn't offer a lot of encouragement.

Once again, it was Palat and Tyler Johnson making beautiful music together. His goal forced overtime and his pass set up the winner in OT.

Palat's three assists in Tampa's 4-3 overtime win over the Devils on Thursday night give him 63 points on the season (74 games).

He continues to pad his career high while also playing some of the best two-way hockey in the league. His line of Tyler Johnson and Nikita Kucherov owned the Devils on Thursday and could be poised for greatness this postseason.

Palat's two assists Monday in a win over the Canadiens give him 59 points on the season, a tally that equals his career mark set last year.

He's clearly grown his offensive game, as those 59 points have come in 12 fewer games. He has 12 point, including 11 assists, in his last 10 games and should be rolled in all formats right now.

Palat's point streak now stands at three games and five points (one goal, four assists) after he picked up an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Panthers.

He also has 10 points, including nine helpers, in his last seven games. He's heating up at the right time for owners in head-to-head leagues.

Palat delivered a power-play goal and an even-strength assist in Sunday's win over the Bruins. He now has four points in his last two games and 12 (four goals, eight assists) in his last 10 games.

He's getting close to matching his career mark of 59 last season (he has 56). We're not sure he's going to be more than a 65-point guy in the future, but we'll take a consistent 65-points for the next six or eight years. Use him well.
