Prosser (lower body) will return for Saturday's game against the Red Wings, Anthony LaPanta of FOX Sports North reports.

Prosser will be back a bit sooner than expected, as he was previously thought to be targeting a return for the final game or two of the regular season. He only has seven points and 32 penalty minutes in 60 appearances this season, and he hasn't played in a game since March 14.

Prosser (lower body) resumed practicing with the Wild on Wednesday, Chad Graff of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Coach Mike Yeo was pleased with Prosser's performance in his return to team activities, but suggested the blueliner remained without a firm timetable for a return. It appears the Wild will simply monitor Prosser's condition in the practices to come before deciding when he's healthy enough to play in games.

Prosser (lower body) has been able to skate the last two days, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Prosser's absence is expected to stretch into mid-April, so the fact that he's now skating shouldn't be taken as a sign that a return is forthcoming. Jordan Leopold should continue enjoy a regular role on the Wild's third defensive pairing while Prosser remains sidelined.

Coach Mike Yeo said Prosser's undisclosed lower-body injury is expected to sideline the blueliner for four weeks, Chris Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Assuming that timetable is accurate or close to it, Prosser looks like he'll miss the remainder of the regular season, which comes to an end on Apr. 11. There's still a good chance that Prosser will be available for the Wild's likely playoff run, but that will hinge entirely on how we makes it through the recovery process. Christian Folin is on track to fill Prosser's lineup spot for the duration of the regular season.

Prosser suffered a lower-body injury Saturday and is questionable for Tuesday's game, the Star Tribune's Michael Russo reports.

Prosser has been back in action of late for the Wild, but his status is in jeopardy going forward. He typically sees less than 18 minutes of ice time per game as a backup defenseman for Minnesota. If he cannot play Tuesday, Ryan Suter and Jordan Leopold will handle the left side.

Prosser (illness) appears set to play Thursday against the Capitals, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

After being pulled out of Tuesday's win over the Senators while battling an illness, Prosser was back on the ice at Thursday's morning skate, a sign he's sufficiently recovered and is ready to play. The Wild only have five other healthy defensemen on the roster and aren't seemingly on track to recall another from AHL Iowa, so the team seems to anticipate having Prosser available for his usual duties. He'll skate on the second pairing with Mathew Dumba.

Prosser was removed from Tuesday's win over the Senators in the first period due to an illness, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Prosser was reportedly feeling sick heading into the game, but still suited up since the Wild had only five healthy blueliners on the roster. However, he couldn't summon enough energy to make it through the game and was removed after logging 4:54 of ice time. He should be viewed as questionable to play Thursday against the Capitals.

Prosser ended a 41-game goalless skid with his second marker of the season in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Hurricanes. The third-pairing defenseman doesn't often showcase his abilities as a puck mover, but he was able to come away with his third career game-winning tally. He's never topped 12 points in a season and doesn't produce any notable totals in the other non-scoring categories either.
