The Flames provided all of their offense in the second period, with Raymond capping things off with a one-timer past Sharks goalie Alex Stalock with less than two minutes left. Raymond scored his first goal since Oct. 19 in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Red Wings.

It had been a long while since Raymond had tickled the twine, but he was finally able to break through in the first period of Wednesday's contest against Detroit. It was certainly an opportune time for Raymond to end his scoring drought, as he had been a healthy scratch for the Flames' previous two games. If Raymond can continue to produce offensively in Calgary's next few match-ups, he'll likely solidify his role as a bottom six winger on the Flames' roster.
