Williams picked up two assists and went plus-4 in Thursday's 8-2 win over Edmonton.

With that, he's now reached the 40-point mark in four consecutive non-lockout seasons. Williams has always done his best work in the playoffs, but he'll need to provide a little more production for the Kings at the end of the regular season, as they're battling for their berth.

Williams potted his 18th goal of the season in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Ducks.

"Mr. Game Seven" came up clutch in this one, tying the game with less than five minutes remaining to send the game to OT and secure a point in the standings for the Kings. He's only produced modestly this year -- 18 goals and 18 assists in 69 games -- but with six points his his last five contests, Williams is coming alive at the best possible time for L.A., who is in a dogfight to get back to the playoffs.

Williams continued heating up Thursday, potting a goal and adding a power-play assist in a win over the Canucks.

That's five points in the last two games for Williams, matching his total from the previous 21 contests. It all adds up to a very similar pace to last year, as the 33-year-old owns a fairly moderate 35 points in 66 games.

Williams was officially credited with three assists in Tuesday's win over the Avalanche, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.

The initial box score listed Williams with secondary assists on goals by Brayden McNabb and Jake Muzzin, but after reviewing the game film, it was determined that Williams, and not Dustin Brown, would be awarded the helper on Marian Gaborik's goal. As a result, Williams records his first multi-point effort since Feb. 7 and ties a career high with three assists.

Williams scored the only goal of the game -- a power-play tally -- Tuesday in a 1-0 victory over the Red Wings.

The marker snapped a six-game goalless streak for the winger, who'd managed just a lonely assist in that span. In fact, his cold turn stretches back farther than that, as he's failed to register on the scoresheet in 12 of his last 15 contests. The 33-year-old Williams is in the midst of his worst campaign in years as far as scoring rate, shooting rate and plus-minus. But hey, this goal was nice.

Williams lit the lamp twice in Saturday afternoon's 4-2 win over the Lightning.

Traditionally known as a volume shooter, Williams is up to 15 goals on 118 shots this season, good for a shooting percentage of 12.7 -- about 30 percent higher than his career mark of 9.4. With that being said, the 33-year-old appears set to reach the 20-goal plateau for the fifth time in his 14-year career and first time since 2011-12, so he's been a nice source of depth scoring on fantasy rosters this season.

Williams picked up a goal and assist and finished with a plus-3 rating in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Devils.

Williams' performance of late has been reminiscent of his impressive run to the Conn Smythe Trophy last summer. Since the calendar flipped to 2015, the 33-year-old has potted five goals and an assist while going plus-5 over six games. Those outputs will play well in any format while he remains on fire.

Williams scored a pair of goals and went plus-1 Thursday in a 4-3 loss to the Rangers.

A strong effort from Williams, who scored a first-period goal that put the Kings up 2-0 and then drew them within one with a late-third-period tally, but it wasn't enough for the floundering Kings. Williams' production remains right around last year's half-point-per-game level, which gives him value only in deeper formats.

Williams contributed two helpers in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Flames.

After a dormant October, Williams has been a rather consistent producer the last two months, tallying 17 points across 23 games. While the Kings' conservative offensive attack will probably prevent Williams from delivering any truly eye-popping performances on a given night, he makes for quality forward filler in most formats.

Williams added a goal and an assist in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Williams is starting to heat up, as he now has a goal in three of his last five games, and five points in his last six. He now has eight goals and eight assists, which puts him on pace to end up right around the 50 point mark by the end of the season.
