Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is okay after taking a hit to his shoulder from the Kings' Dustin Brown Tuesday.
Nugent-Hopkins had trouble last season with his wonky shoulder so it's good news that his shoulder is able to absorb a big hit. "Nothing unexpected coming from him. He's a physical player," Nugent-Hopkins said of Brown. "The shoulder felt fine. That's why we put so much effort into getting it stronger. It'll happen again, for sure. When I got hit, I was trying to get the puck into their end so we could get a change." Nugent-Hopkins has struggled offensively this season with only one goal and seven points in 14 games. He is worth looking at if some owner is willing to give him away at less than full value, especially in keeper leagues.
