Peter Mueller has been working hard at Savology.com Iceplex in preparation for the new season.
He said he is symptom-free from the concussion issue that plagued him for the past two years and he feels 100 percent healthy. "It's 100 percent behind me. I tell people all the time I haven't felt this clear since my first year which is awesome," said Mueller. "In some aspects I'm like a rookie again, obviously with the past. I'm thrilled to be with all these new faces and everyone's welcomed me with open arms. It's not every day you can play hockey in South Florida." Mueller is confident he can bounce back to the level he played at in his first year, when he scored 22 goals and added 32 assists in 81 contests with the Phoenix Coyotes, and match those totals if he plays a full schedule. He should be able to provide the Panthers with some much-needed secondary scoring if he can keep himself in the lineup.
