Pavel Datsyuk is suing a man who he feels is selling clothing that include his likeness, name, and number without his permission.
Oakland Circuit Judge Martha D. Anderson has already issued a temporary restraining order and there will be a hearing to determine if it should be permanent. "Pavel Datsyuk is more focused right now on playing hockey this season and bringing the Stanley Cup back to Detroit," his attorney, Mahesh Nayak, said. "But this is serious and we have to put a stop to it. This is confusing to his fans and damaging to him personally." Meanwhile, Datsyuk has three goals and 10 points in eight games this season.
