Martin Havlat scored twice -- including the double-overtime game-winner -- as the San Jose Sharks defeated the St. Louis Blues 3-2 Thursday night in Game 1 of their first-round series.
Havlat only played in 39 games this season, but was productive with 27 points. The veteran also has loads of playoff experience. He potted the game's first, then had the winner 3:34 into the second overtime. The winger now has 21 goals -- three in overtime -- in 68 playoff games. Andrew Desjardins recorded the other Sharks goal. Dan Boyle and Ryane Clowe each had two assists.
