Corey Perry took to the ice with the London Knights of the OHL on Thursday.
He joined his old junior club for practice and talked about the strangeness of working out in the OHL on the day that the NHL regular season was supposed to begin. Perry played with the Knights for four productive seasons before heading to the Ducks. He has one year left on his current contract and could become a high-profile unrestricted free agent. When a new CBA is reached it will be interesting too see what the NHL landscape looks like because it might impact negotiations.
