Lundqvist will be between the pipes for Saturday's Game 2 against the Penguins, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

Lundqvist will look to build on his excellent Game 1 performance, in which he turned away 24 of 25 shots en route to a 2-1 win. Barring an injury, expect the Rangers to stick with Lundqvist throughout their playoff run.

Lundqvist stopped 24 of 25 to take Game 1 from the Penguins on Thursday.

The Rangers gave him two goals early, Henrik gave back one in the second period, and then it was all zeroes from there as the Penguins' late push fell short. The Rangers will surely be leaning on Lundqvist every game in the playoffs, so expect to see him out there for Game 2 on Saturday.

Lundqvist is in line to start Thursday's game against the Penguins, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

Assuming no injury setbacks, Lundqvist -- who closed out the regular season with wins in five of his last six starts -- appears on track to remain in the Rangers' net for the team's postseason run, backed up by the capable Cam Talbot.

Lundqvist stopped 22 of 24 shots sent his way in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Capitals.

King Henrik finishes the regular season with five wins in his last six starts. He'll hit the reset button on his 30-13-3 record, .922 save percentage and 2.25 GAA when the Rangers open up their first round playoff matchup Wednesday or Thursday against the Penguins.

Lundqvist is in line to start Saturday's regular-season finale against the Capitals.

Coach Alain Vigneault announced earlier in the week that Lundqvist would start the Rangers' final two games of the season, but that plan was thrown into a little bit of question temporarily Thursday against the Senators, when Lundqvist was hurting a bit after a crease collision. However, Lundqvist remained in the game for the duration of the loss and indicated he was fine afterward. He looks to be on his game as the playoffs approach, but with the Rangers likely to rest a few key players for Saturday's meaningless season finale, Lundqvist might not be as attractive of a daily option as he normally would.

Lundqvist stopped 24 of 26 in Thursday's loss to Ottawa.

This was a meaningless game for the first-place Rangers, who rested several key players, but rolled Lundqvist out there, as they will in the season finale, to give him a bit more game action to be read for the playoffs after he missed a chunk of time with a neck injury.

Lundqvist is slated to start the Rangers' final two regular season contests, Thursday against Ottawa and Saturday against Washington.

With the Rangers having clinched the NHL's top record, they plan to rest Rick Nash, Marc Staal and Mats Zuccarello on Thursday, but it looks like the team is intent on Lundqvist (who previously missed extended time with a neck injury) maintaining momentum in advance of the postseason. On Thursday, he'll be facing a Sens squad that is in must-win mode, with two games left on their regular season slate.

Lundqvist turned away 29 of 32 shots in Monday's 4-3 overtime win over the Blue Jackets.

Lundqvist looked like he might get tagged with the loss with the Rangers trailing in the final minute of the third period, but Derek Stepan scored with 28 seconds remaining and then potted the winner in overtime with 50 seconds left to steal the victory. The netminder has now won four straight starts while delivering save percentages above the .900 mark. He looks ready to roll for the playoffs.

Lundqvist will start Monday's game against the Blue Jackets, NorthJersey.com reports.

After struggling in his first game back from the neck injury, Lundqvist has allowed just five goals over his subsequent three starts, picking up a trio of wins along the way. Cam Talbot will likely get the second game of a back-to-back Tuesday in New Jersey, but we should see Lundqvist in goal for Thursday's game against Ottawa and/or Saturday's game in Washington.

Lundqvist made 35 saves in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Devils.

The rust is coming off for sure. He has won three straight and has allowed just five goals in three games. You know what to do.
