Morrow has a "pretty good chance" of returning to the lineup Saturday for Game 5 against Montreal according to coach Jon Cooper, the Tampa Bay Times reports. Morrow was a healthy scratch for Game 4 on Thursday, but could be returning to the lineup Saturday. He is yet to register a point in Tampa Bay's series against Montreal.

Morrow is day-to-day with an upper-body injury, The Tampa Tribune reports. Morrow was scratched from Thursday's game against the Predators, but he wasn't initially listed with an injury. It may just be that he's dealing with a minor ailment and wouldn't have been in the lineup even if healthy.

Morrow scored his third goal of the season in Tuesday's win over Florida. He now has a point in each of his last two games after enduring a 16-game point drought. He's contributing to the Bolts' success on the ice, but he'll need to stretch his streak out in order to be valuable as a fantasy asset.

Morrow ended a 16-game point drought Sunday when he picked up an assist against the Bruins. The 36-year-old winger has seen a precipitous drop in production in Tampa Bay -- he has just seven points, including only two goals, in 62 games. And he's finding it hard to keep up with the speedsters on the Bolts. But come playoff time, his veteran leadership should be of a huge benefit.

Morrow was credited with an assist over his 7:19 of ice time in Tuesday's win over the Canucks. Morrow went 18 games between scoring points, a drought not atypical for the fourth-liner. He'll occasionally scrape together enough PIM and hits to return value in deep specialty formats, but beyond that, Morrow offers little to get excited about.

Morrow nabbed his second goal of the season in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Sabres. Morrow also scrapped in a penalty-laden third period when the outcome was decided, earning a 10-minute misconduct penalty. As a fourth-liner, Morrow probably provides more value in gathering PIM than in scoring at this point in his career.

Morrow is expected to serve as a healthy scratch Tuesday against the Islanders, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Morrow's banishment to the press box is likely borne out of a desire by coach Jon Cooper to give the veteran checking liner some rest for the second game of a back-to-back. After sitting out Monday, J.T. Brown is expected to draw back in for Morrow, who has two assists and no goals in 19 games this season.

Morrow (back) is expected to be activated from injured reserve prior to Thursday's season opener, The Tampa Tribune reports. Morrow has dealt with a sore back since the beginning of October, but it appears he is feeling good enough to take the ice Thursday. It's not entirely certain what line he will open on, but he will likely be part of Tampa's third or fourth grouping.

Morrow (back) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Morrow's IR placement has a retroactive date to last week, so he'll remain eligible for activation ahead of Thursday's season opener. The Bolts may have simply made the move to buy them more time in whittling down their roster to 23 players before the season begins.
