Filip Kuba posted two assists on Florida power-play goals in a 4-1 win against Carolina Tuesday. He helped set up goals by Marcel Goc and Shawn Matthias in the contest, while Tomas Fleischmann and Jerred Smithson (empty net) also scored for the Panthers. Kuba was signed as a free agent last summer and he has produced six points, with a minus-12 rating, in 28 games this campaign.
