Rick Nash skated with the team's top power-play unit on Thursday.

He played more toward the boards on five-on-fours, but was closer to the net when the team practiced their two-man advantages. "It's just a matter of finding some chemistry and understanding each other's game," Nash said. Ryan Callahan and Marian Gaborik joined him up front, while Brad Richards and Michael Del Zotto worked from the points. The Rangers finished 2011-12 with the 23rd ranked power play, so they are hoping that stacking their top unit and adding Nash to it will help lead to improvement.
