The Buffalo Sabres have signed center Luke Adam to a one-year, two-way contract. Adam, 24, played in 12 games with the Sabres in 2013-14. He scored one goal. He scored a team-leading 29 goals and added 20 assists in 59 games with the American Hockey League's Rochester Americans. A second-round choice (44th overall) by Buffalo inthe 2008 NHL Entry Draft, Adam has appeared in 87 career games as a Sabres and has notched 15 goals and 11 assists.
