Orpik made it through the Capitals' gameday skate without incident, and is poised to reclaim his spot next to John Carlson on the team's top pairing. The blueliner, who missed the last four games with the injury, has no goals and 16 points in 67 games this season, but ranks near the top of the league in hits (256) and blocked shots (166).
