Shaw (upper body) appears poised to return to the lineup Wednesday against the Avalanche, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The gritty forward should draw back into the lineup after the team demoted his replacement, Phillip Danault, to AHL Rockford on Monday. Shaw collected three goals and three assists in 18 games before getting injured Nov. 16 against the Stars.
