Stastny (upper body) confirmed after the Blues' morning skate that he would play Thursday against the Devils, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. The Blues will still need to officially activate Stastny from injured reserve, but that's just a mere formality at this point. Stastny was a full participant in morning skate and doesn't look like he'll face any limitations in his return from a nearly three-week absence. He's expected to center the Blues' second line, joined by Alexander Steen and Joakim Lindstrom.
