We have a team available in a 15-keeper dynasty league. The team is in serious need of a rebuild but it may be just the challenge you need to test your fantasy muscles.
Background on league
The league will be entering its fourth year & the annual fee is $55. It is a .5 point per reception league with limited IDP (3 starters).
There is a contract system designed to give owners a chance to keep its core for a while but to also funnel talent back into the draft each year.

Key things to read up on: the contracts (which aren't that complicated once you do it), the wild card team for the playoffs, & the consolation playoffs for the #1 pick.
We use fleaflicker but may switch to Yahoo for the draft only (fleaflicker's draft can have issues)

The team has the #3 pick in the 2013 rookie/free agent draft.
