Browns backup LB Quinton Spears sustained a concussion in the Week 16 loss to the Ravens.

At least nine different Browns have sustained concussions this season. Spears is an undrafted rookie out of Prairie View A&M.

Browns claimed LB Quinton Spears off waivers from the Dolphins.

Spears made a few impact plays in training camp and preseason action, but he's raw coming out of Prairie View A&M. He recorded 70 tackles, 4.5 sacks, one forced fumble and three blocked kicks as a senior last season.
