Bears signed S Anthony Walters from their practice squad.

The Colonial Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year at Delaware will get a chance to replace Winston Venable on special teams. As poorly as Brandon Meriweather and Chris Harris played Monday night, Walter may end up getting a shot on defense.
