Ravens OG Jah Reid (toe) is participating in OTAs.
Reid landed on injured reserve during the playoffs, and was promptly Wally Pipped by Kelechi Osemele, who is now locked in as the Ravens' left guard. Reid should serve as the Ravens' top reserve interior lineman this season.

Ravens LG Jah Reid (toe, injured reserve) underwent surgery on Tuesday, but expects to be ready for OTAs.
"It's a good prognosis, I'll be ready for minicamps definitely," Reid said. "I just started a three-month rehab. I don't know exactly when it's going to be. I'll be fine for next season." Coming off an up-and-down sophomore campaign, Reid won't be guaranteed a starting job next summer.

Ravens placed LG Jah Reid (toe) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Reid was inactive last week, as the Ravens offensive line played one of its best games of the year with Bryant McKinnie at left tackle and Kelechi Osemele at left guard. The Ravens wanted Reid to run with the starting job, but he's not yet one of the team's best five linemen. He may have to compete for a starting job in training camp.

Jah Reid has ousted veteran Bobbie Williams as the Ravens' starting left guard.
Reid has been a liability in three starts, committing three penalties, allowing six QB pressures and two more QB hits. The Ravens will Reid a chance to turn it around, but they have to turn back to Williams for the playoffs.

Reid hasn't practiced since the Ravens' second preseason game and won't play in the season opener. Fifth-round pick rookie CB Asa Jackson (illness) is listed as questionable for Monday Night Football. After opening training camp on active/PUP, Reid is a candidate for the weekly inactives.

Ravens T/G Jah Reid has yet to practice in training camp due to a strained right calf.
Reid suffered the injury during spring practices, and had a setback right before training camp started. He opened camp on the active/PUP and will stay there until he passes a physical and conditioning test. No longer a serious contender for a starting job, it's fair to wonder if Reid might be on the roster bubble.

Ravens T/G Jah Reid strained his right calf in Thursday's practice.
The diagnosis is a relief after Reid crumpled to the ground and had to be carted off the practice field. Although Reid was expected to compete for the starting left guard job, his offseason practice reps came at right tackle with Bryant McKinnie working on his conditioning.
