Lance Kendricks TE STL 6 Months
Kendricks managed the Rams' only score Saturday against the Packers, hauling in an 11-yard touchdown reception.
The catch was incredibly impressive and harkened back to the ability that Kendricks displayed during his collegiate career at Wisconsin. He's now been targeted five times to the two afforded presumptive starter Jared Cook through a pair of preseason outings, and with Sam Bradford now healthy, a new status quo may take hold in 2014.

Kendricks tallied 20 yards on a pair of catches in a 26-24 loss to New Orleans in preseason action Friday.
Kendricks is technically the No. 2 tight end behind Jared Cook, but St. Louis likes to have them both on the field. Kendricks is used a little more for blocking, but will catch an occasional touchdown pass.

Kendricks suffered a fractured finger in Sunday's loss to the Titans and didn't practice all week. Mike McNeill will replace him in two tight ends sets, with H-back Cory Harkey getting snaps in passing situations.

Kendricks' playing time has risen recently because he's a critical blocker on the now-run-minded Rams. His backup is former UCLA TE Cory Harkey.

Kendricks saw five targets, good for second-most on the team along with Chris Givens. The Rams are playing a lot of two- and three-tight end sets, so Kendricks is heavily involved on offense. However, it's not enough to make him fantasy-worthy. Kendricks is a TE3 in the deepest of fantasy leagues.

Lance Kendricks caught four passes for 37 yards with a touchdown in Sunday's Week 5 win over the Jags.
Kendricks was heavily involved early and ended up with a season-high six targets. He also has a touchdown in consecutive games now. However, let's remember this performance came against the Jags and is Kendricks' ceiling as the No. 2 tight end.

Kendrick was used in all two-tight end formations and played behind Jared Cook. He was complete non-factor outside of his touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

Lance Kendricks caught three passes for 25 yards in St. Louis' Week 1 win over the Cardinals.
It wasn't a bad day considering new TE Jared Cook went off for seven catches, 141 yards and two scores, but Cook's presence ensures Kendricks will remain off the fantasy radar this season.

Kendricks, who had his knee scoped in April, is participating fully in individual work and got in 11-on-11 drills for the first time Monday. His snaps will be limited as the Rams go to a spread look that features Jared Cook as their every-down tight end.
