The Bengals sent Dalton home with the flu prior to Wednesday's practice, but his listed return Thursday indicates that the QB should be fine for Sunday night's game against the Steelers.

The Bengals sent Dalton home with the flu before Wednesday's practice, Geoff Hobson of the team's official site reports.

We'll track Dalton's status in the coming days, but at this stage there is nothing to suggest that his status for Sunday night's game against the Steelers is in any danger.

Dalton completed 17-of-26 passes for 146 yards, with two touchdowns and an interception, in Monday's 37-28 win over the Broncos, He added 25 yards on six carries.

A Dalton overthrow led to an early pick-six, and the Bengals rode Jeremy Hill and their defense for most of the game. To be fair, Dalton didn't exactly have a strong stable of weapons, with A.J. Green severely limited by a bruised biceps suffered on the interception. While largely disappointing from both a real-life and fantasy standpoint this season, Dalton does get a highly favorable Week 17 matchup against the Steelers, with the AFC North title on the line. He burnt Pittsburgh for 302 yards and two touchdowns in Week 14, only to watch the Cincinnati defense get completely dismantled in the fourth quarter.

Dalton completed 14 of 24 passes for 117 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 30-0 win over the Browns.

With Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard running wild and the defense completely shutting down Johnny Manziel and the Browns offense, Dalton didn't have to do much. When he did go to the air, the results weren't pretty. These low yardage totals are becoming a theme for Dalton, who is averaging just 189 passing yards per game over his last six contests. He'll be hard to trust next Monday night against the Broncos.

Dalton completed 21-of-29 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing four times for 22 yards and another score during Sunday's 42-21 loss to the Steelers. He took a hard hit midway through the fourth quarter and was treated by a number of trainers on the field, but he said after the game that he simply got the wind knocked out of him, ESPN.com reports.

Dalton, who also lost a fumble, passed for over 300 yards for the third time this season, and first since Week 6 against the Panthers. Despite the loss, Dalton posted one of his best fantasy games of the season, focusing mostly on wideout A.J. Green, who caught 11 passes on 15 targets for 224 yards and a touchdown. However, it likely won't be as easy in Week 15, as the Bengals will travel to face a Browns defense allowing the eighth-fewest passing yards per game this season.

Dalton, who completed 19-of-27 passes for 176 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions, reportedly played Sunday's game against the Bucs while battling a stomach bug, ESPN.com reports.

Dalton completed over 70 percent of his passes for the second time in the last three games, though the illness certainly helps explain the limited overall production. He connected with seven different receivers, though only wideouts James White and A.J. Green finished with more than 35 receiving yards. The illness isn't likely to plague Dalton for much longer, and he figures to bounce back well ahead of Week 14 when the Bengals will take on a Steelers team that has allowed the fourth-most passing touchdowns this season.

Dalton completed 24 of 35 passes for 233 yards, with one touchdown and one interception Sunday against the Texans.

Dalton connected with just five receivers, focusing mainly on top wideout A.J. Green, who finished with a career-high 12 catches on 16 targets for 121 yards. Dalton has been decent recently, though he's failed to reach even 240 passing yards in the last four games, while posting a 6:6 TD:INT ratio. However, that could turn around in Week 13, as the Bengals will face off against a Buccaneers team that is allowing the third-most passing yards per game this season, while only the Jets, Bears and Eagles have allowed more passing touchdowns.

Dalton completed 16 of 22 passes for 220 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's win over the Saints.

One week after turning in one of the worst quarterbacking performances in Bengals history, Dalton marched into the imposing Mercedes-Benz Superdome and lit up the Saints. Dalton entered the game with a 2:6 TD:INT ratio over his last four contests, so not many saw this type of performance coming in a tough road environment, even against a mediocre Saints pass defense. The Jekyll-and-Hyde Bengals take their act to Houston next week, but it's anyone's guess which version of Dalton will show up.

Dalton completed 10-of-33 passes for 86 yards, with no touchdowns and three interceptions in Thursday's 24-3 loss to the Browns.

It was undoubtedly windy at Paul Brown Stadium, but not nearly to an extent that can explain one of the worst quarterback stat lines you'll ever see. Dalton missed countless throws all over the field, and the Cleveland secondary played a fantastic game, leaving A.J. Green and Mohamed Sanu with little room to work. While not the Cincinnati offense's only problem, Dalton deserves most of the blame for Thursday's loss, as he gave the team absolutely no chance to win. Dalton's inconsistency has long bothered Bengals fans, and while he's mostly been decent from a team perspective this year, he's now turned in two hideous outlier performances. He's also done very little for fantasy owners, with just eight passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns through nine games. On the bright side, he draws a favorable home matchup with the Texans next Sunday.

Dalton completed 19 of 31 passes for 233 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions Sunday against the Jaguars.

With top wideout A.J. Green back from a toe injury, Dalton broke a two-game streak without a passing touchdown, though he did run for two in Week 8 against the Ravens. He has only two 300-yard games this season, one of which came in Week 1, and he's averaging just 208.3 passing yards per game in the last three weeks. Nevertheless, as Green continues to get healthier, Dalton should look more his way, which should certainly help his passing stats. Up next is a quick turnaround to a Thursday night matchup against the Browns.
