Parker worked out for the Saints on Monday, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parker was released by the Giants after a drop-riddled first two games of this season, but is still an option for teams to consider following his 36-catch campaign last year. With that in mind, it will be interesting to see if Parker's workout results in an offer from the Saints.

Parker was released by the Giants on Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of FS1 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parker had trouble hanging onto the football over the season's first two games, so the Giants decided to take him off the roster in order to open up a spot for defensive lineman Kenrick Ellis. Parker totaled 76 receptions for the Giants over the last two seasons, so he figures to draw interest from teams in need of receiving help.

Parker caught all five of his targets for 60 yards Sunday. Parker's not likely to make many big plays, but with Rueben Randle now playing a bit part in the offense, Parker's as likely as anyone to see targets behind Odell Beckham.

Parker (knee) is listed as active Sunday at Tennessee, the Giants' official site reports. Parker has taken full advantage of his looks recently, corralling 11 catches (on 16 targets) for 110 yards and two touchdowns over the last four games. With at least one red-zone look in five consecutive contests, he could again be a surprise boon to squads as the fantasy playoffs kick off.

Parker (knee) is probable for Sunday's game against the Titans, the New York Daily News' Ralph Vacchiano reports. Parker is becoming a much more involved component of the Giants' offense recently, and his knee injury is not expected to hold him back against Tennessee.

Parker was limited in Thursday's practice due to a knee injury, Jordan Raanan of NJ.com reports. Parker's share of snaps has increased dramatically from the first six games of the season to the last six. During the recent stretch, he's totaled 14 receptions (on 25 targets) for 136 yards and two touchdowns. With at least one red-zone look in five consecutive games, he's a better-than-expected bet to reach the end zone on a weekly basis, when healthy of course.

Parker had his best game of the season in Sunday's loss at Seattle, catching 7-of-7 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown. Parker made a number of difficult grabs, and showed good moves after the catch, rebounding form last week's rough performance against Indianapolis. Meanwhile, Corey Washington, who had 48 yards and a touchdown last Monday against the Colts, did not catch a pass against the Seahakws. Expect Parker to continue to see work in the slot, and he'll face a tough 49ers' secondary next week.

Parker caught 1-of-6 targets for seven yards in Monday's loss to the Colts. Parker had numerous drops in yet another disappointing performance, while Corey Washington caught 4-of-6 targets for 48 yards and a touchdown, albeit with all of that production coming in garbage time. The 6-4 Washington probably isn't a candidate for significant playing time in the slot, but the Giants might consider using him outside in three-wide sets while sliding Reuben Randle or Odell Beckham inside. That said, the Giants seem to view Washington as a project, so Parker's role isn't necessarily in immediate danger, despite his poor play out of the slot.

Parker caught his only target for a six-yard gain in Sunday's 27-0 loss to the Eagles, while fellow wide receiver Victor Cruz suffered a torn pattelar tendon. Parker worked as the No. 3 wide receiver and primary slot man after Cruz suffered what will very likely be a season-ending injury. With Jerel Jernigan (foot) also done for the year, Parker is next up for the No. 3 role, though the Giants could also give Corey Washington a look. Parker, while the less physically gifted of the two receivers, is probably a better fit than Washington in the slot.

Parker caught three passes for 29 yards on five targets in Thursday's 45-14 win over the Redskins. Working as the No. 3 wide receiver and top return man for both punts and kickoffs, Parker looked pretty good, albeit in a mostly uneventful performance. However, he may have suffered an injury, as Ralph Vacchiano of the NY Daily News reports that Parker left for the locker room shortly before the end of the game. Injured or not, Parker may soon lose the No. 3 wide receiver role to rookie first-round draft pick Odell Beckham (hamstring), who finally returned to practice this week.
