Browns declared DE Auston English, QB Thaddeus Lewis, RB Montario Hardesty, RB Peyton Hillis, C/G Steve Vallos, CB Dimitri Patterson and S Ray Ventrone inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.

No surprises here. English (knee), Hardesty (calf), Patterson (knee) and Hillis (hamstring) were all ruled out early in the week. The only mild surprise is Ventrone (hamstring), the Browns' top special teamer that was listed as probable. Mohamed Massaquoi (concussion) is ready to go.
