Early Doucet (ribs) caught two passes for 13 yards in the Cardinals' Week 13 loss to the Jets.

Even with his ribs healed and Andre Roberts (ankle) inactive, Doucet saw just five targets. He's well off the fantasy radar with youngsters Michael Floyd and Rob Housler coming on.

Early Doucet (ribs) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Doucet was limited all last week before ultimately not suiting up against the Rams. For now he should be considered questionable at best for Week 13, and a possible game-time decision. His status will be updated on Thursday.

Early Doucet (ribs) is inactive for Week 12 against the Rams.

As are LE Calais Campbell (calf) and TE Todd Heap (knee). Heap hasn't played since Week 2, but got in a full week of practice, and was probable on the injury report. In other words, he's a healthy scratch. Doucet's absence is good news for rookie Michael Floyd. Also inactive for the Cardinals are QB Kevin Kolb, RB Alfonso Smith, OG Senio Kelemete and OT Pat McQuistan.

Early Doucet (ribs) is questionable for Week 12 after getting in three limited practices.

There hasn't been any indication Doucet is in danger of missing Sunday's game, but he's off the fantasy radar regardless. Doucet has just 24 catches for 187 yards through 10 games.

Early Doucet (ribs) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Doucet surprisingly led the Cardinals with five catches on seven targets for 28 yards in Week 11 despite playing just 28 snaps. We expect that he plays this Sunday, but with Ryan Lindley starting at quarterback and WR Michael Floyd breathing down his neck, Doucet does not make for a viable fantasy option.

Early Doucet led the Cardinals in Week 11 receiving with five receptions for 28 yards.

It's ironic, slightly, because Doucet was supposed to be the guy demoted out of three-wide sets with Michael Floyd's role expanding, following a Week 10 bye. Doucet still played relatively sparingly, but the Cardinals never got anything going in the pass game with 72 yards combined from John Skelton and Ryan Lindley. Leave Doucet on the waiver wire entering Week 12 against the Rams.

Darren Urban of the Cardinals' website expects Early Doucet to be the "odd man out" in Arizona's receiver corps with rookie Michael Floyd's snaps increasing.

Floyd will play Z receiver in three-wide sets. Andre Roberts, the Cardinals' starting Z receiver, will move to the slot on passing downs. Larry Fitzgerald is the X receiver. Doucet, re-signed for $4 million over two years last March, has managed just 19 receptions for 159 scoreless yards through nine games. The former third-rounder out of LSU will be a candidate for offseason release.
