Dorsey (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Cam Inman of Bay Area News Group reports.
EDGE Analysis
Dorsey was inactive for the 49ers' matchup with the Rams this past week, as he was dealing with some discomfort in his knee. However, he's slowly upped his workload in practice over the last few days, going through a limited practice Wednesday, before logging a full session Thursday. It appears he should be good to go moving forward, so look for him to jump back in as the team's starting nose tackle heading into a Week 17 tilt with the Seahawks.

Dorsey (knee) is inactive for Saturday's game against the Rams, Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group reports.

Dorsey (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran lineman has been limited throughout the week with knee and rib ailments and it's unclear whether he'll be able to give it a go Saturday. If he's ultimately limited or unable to play against the Rams, Mike Purcell will likely be counted on to clog the middle for the 49ers.

Dorsey was promoted to the starting lineup Sunday, recording six tackles (four solo) in a loss to the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
The 49ers demoted Quinton Dial and promoted Dorsey to starting nose tackle. The veteran lineman had a good showing, clogging the middle of the line and racking up six tackles, which was good for second amongst all San Francisco defenders. Linemen in a 3-4 defense do not usually put up strong IDP performances, but Dorsey could be a cheap source of tackles given how often opposing offenses run the ball against the 49ers' porous unit.

Dorsey contributed a season-high six tackles (five solo) in Sunday's loss to the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
Dorsey stepped in for Arik Armstead (shoulder) -- who left the game in the first quarter -- and turned in a solid performance. He has never been much of a pass rusher, but he can rack up a handful of tackles from the defensive end position. Armstead hasn't been ruled out of next week's tilt against the Cardinals, but the 49ers may want to be cautious with their young lineman as he has had shoulder problems all season. If he can't go, Dorsey would likely start Sunday.

Dorsey (knee) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Dorsey has been hindered by a knee injury since the preseason that has caused him to miss Week 5 and now Week 7. With Dorsey out, look for starting nose tackle Mike Purcell to see even more action than usual.

EDGE Analysis
Dorsey returned to action last week after being sidelined in Week 5 due to a nagging knee injury. He was able to practice in full on Wednesday, but spent the rest of the week practicing in a limited role. The veteran is trending toward a game-time decision Sunday.

Dorsey (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Dorsey sat out last Thursday's game and the long week wasn't enough for him to get back to full health, though he did practice in a limited fashion. If he's held out once again look for Mike Purcell to handle the bulk of the nose tackle reps once again.

Dorsey has been listed as inactive for Thursday's game due to a knee injury.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear what the specifics of Dorsey's knee injury are but it's severe enough to hold him out. Mike Purcell will be the team's only true nose tackle, though Tony Jerod-Eddie and Ronald Blair could rotate in for a couple reps.
