Bowe caught 3-of-5 targets for 42 yards in Thursday's 24-20 loss to the Raiders.

Bowe seemed to be headed in the right direction a few weeks back, but he now has just five receptions for 60 yards on nine targets over the last two games. He has also yet to score a touchdown this season, as is the case for every other Kansas City wideout. Bowe does lead the team in targets, but that says more about the Chiefs' offense than his own role, as he's on pace for just 99 looks.

Bowe had two catches on four targets for 18 yards Sunday against the Seahawks.

Quarterback Alex Smith attempted only 16 passes all game and threw for only 108 yards, leaving little for Bowe to do offensively. The muted output comes on the heels of Bowe's best game this season when he caught eight passes on 12 targets for 93 yards against the Bills. While he has failed to break the 100-yard mark this season, the more concerning stat is his zero touchdown catches. He'll look to break through Thursday against the Raiders, who are ranked 18th against the pass.

Bowe had eight catches on 12 targets for 93 yards Sunday against the Bills.

The Chiefs' passing attack wasn't very prolific Sunday, with quarterback Alex Smith throwing 29 passes for 177 yards, but Bowe was clearly the biggest factor, as he was the only player to finish with more than four targets or three catches. Bowe had now been targeted 22 times in the last two games, catching 14 for 148 yards, but he is still looking for his first touchdown of the season. Up next is a Week 11 matchup against a Seahawks defense allowing the sixth-fewest passing yards per game this season.

Bowe had six catches on a season-high 10 targets for 55 yards Sunday against the Jets.

Bowe led the Chiefs in targets and receptions, but failed to gain much yardage and both of quarterback Alex Smith's touchdowns went to tight ends. Bowe continues to get a decent number of looks each week, but he's failed to gain at least 85 yards in a game this season and still has zero touchdowns. He'll look to break through in Week 10 against the Bills.

Bowe had six catches for 64 yards in Sunday's 34-7 win over the Rams.

By this point in the season, you know what you're going to get with Bowe: a handful of catches, somewhere around 50-80 receiving yards and no touchdowns. It's been the same story every Sunday, though perhaps a matchup with the bumbling Jets next week will lead to his first touchdown.

Bowe had five catches on seven targets for 84 yards in Sunday's 23-20 win at San Diego.

Bowe had an ugly drop at one point, but also came up with a huge 17-yard catch on Kansas City's game-winning drive. Other than a five-catch, 81-yard performance against New England in Week 4, Bowe had been very quiet this season though. He still hasn't scored a touchdown, and has caught more than three passes in a game just twice this year. With that said, he's still Kansas City's top option at wide receiver. He'll take on St. Louis at home in Week 8.

Bowe had three receptions on six targets for 42 yards in Sunday's loss at San Francisco.

Coming off his most productive game of the season against New England on Monday Night Football, Bowe wasn't much of a factor Sunday. He's getting almost exactly six targets per game, although he's only been thrown to a total of two times in the red zone. When one considers that Bowe is getting less looks from close range, making fewer big plays (hasn't had a catch of 40 yards or more since Dec. 9, 2012), and the emergence of tight end Travis Kelce, who caught another touchdown Sunday, it's hard to get super excited about Bowe's 2014 outlook. He won't play next Sunday, as Kansas City will have its bye week.

Bowe caught five passes for 81 yards on six targets in Monday's 41-14 win over the Patriots.

Bowe made a few nice plays against Darrelle Revis en route to his first 80-yard showing since November of 2012. While Bowe is the team's unquestioned No. 1 wide receiver, he's no more important to the Kansas City passing attack than are RB Jamaal Charles and TE Travis Kelce. That may not seem like a ton of competition for targets, but the Chiefs prefer to run the ball, and don't take many shots downfield.

Bowe had three catches on five targets for 32 yards in Sunday's win at Miami.

Bowe was the targeted the most of any wide receiver, but backup running back Joe McKnight caught a couple of touchdowns, while emerging tight end Travis Kelce also scored in the air. Alex Smith prefers to spread things around and throw shorter passes, so unless the veteran quarterback decides to change his game, it's hard to imagine Bowe being a huge part of the passing attack.

Bowe had three receptions (six targets) for 40 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss at Denver.

Bowe, who was returning from a one-game suspension, wasn't targeted much early, but ended up tying for the second most looks on the team. He also had a key 21-yard catch in the closing minutes of regulation that appeared to set up Kansas City for the game-tying score. The Chiefs might be forced to air it out more in upcoming weeks, depending on the status of Jamaal Charles, who left Sunday's game with an ankle injury, so Bowe could see an uptick in targets.
