Roddy White WR ATL 6 Months

Roddy White (questionable, knee) missed Falcons practice again on Friday.

The Falcons have already locked up the NFC's No. 1 playoff seed. While White is tentatively expected to be active for Week 17 against the Bucs, he may not play more than a fistful of snaps. Check back Sunday for his status.

Roddy White (knee) did not participate in practice again on Thursday.

White could very well be on his way to putting in another week of no practices like he did in Week 15, but we wouldn't worry about his game status for Sunday against the Bucs. However, White may see limited action with the Falcons already having the NFC's No. 1 seed already locked up. His status will be updated no later than Friday.

Roddy White (knee) was held out of Wednesday's practice.

Coach Mike Smith has said the Falcons are "going to play the game to win" on Sunday, but with the NFC's No. 1 seed already cinched up, White is one player who figures to see few, if any, snaps. If your league goes beyond Week 16, consider White a shaky WR2 against the Bucs.

Roddy White (knee) played 50-of-57 snaps in Saturday night's win over the Lions.

It was the second straight week that White was listed as questionable on the injury report, but he once again played a full load of snaps. After posting a two-catch, 16-yard performance in Week 15, White exploded against the Lions to catch eight passes for 153 yards and two scores. He joined Marvin Harrison, Torry Holt, Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, and Reggie Wayne as the only players in NFL history to record six straight seasons with 80 catches and 1,000 yards.

Roddy White caught eight passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's win over the Lions.

After being held to two catchers for 16 yards against the Giants, White went off for a pair touchdowns and had 106 yards in just over a quarter of action. He played yet again despite being listed as questionable and has yet to miss a game to injury in his career. Since 2007, no receiver has more receiving yards than White. He'll be facing the worst secondary in the league if the Falcons opt not to rest him in Week 17 against the Bucs.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Roddy White (knee, questionable) will play on Saturday night against the Lions.

White did not practice at all for the second consecutive week, but he was never in serious doubt for Week 16. He'll see another full workload, just as he did last week on the gimpy knee. White was held to two catches for 16 yards against the Giants, but the passing game was scrapped early after Atlanta jumped out to a big lead and blew out the G-Men. Rotoworld ranks White as the No. 12 receiver this week, so start him with full confidence against a leaky Detroit secondary. Inactives will be released in roughly 45 minutes.

Roddy White (knee) is listed as "questionable" for Week 16 after getting in his second straight limited practice on Friday.

Although White is officially "questionable," he might as well be "probable," as he isn't believed to have suffered a setback while playing 50-of-68 snaps in last Sunday's win over the Giants. He's Rotoworld's No. 12 receiver for Week 16.

Roddy White (knee) returned to a limited practice on Thursday.

White has never missed a game in his eight-year career. He's not going to be 100 percent for Saturday's game versus the Lions, but he can still be effective in a plus matchup.

Roddy White (knee) was held out of Wednesday's practice.

White sent a scare through fantasy leagues when he sat out of last Wednesday's practice, but he ultimately ended up playing 50-of-68 snaps against the Giants. He'll be ready to roll for Saturday's game against the Lions.

Roddy White (knee) played on 50-of-68 snaps in Sunday's win over the Giants.

It's standard usage for White, as he played just six fewer snaps than Julio Jones. The knee did not appear to limit him despite the two catches for a season-low 16 yards. "When I woke up [Sunday] morning, the good Lord told me, 'Roddy, you can go out there and play today,'" White said afterward. "So that's what I did."
