Free agent SS Lawyer Milloy is still holding out hope of playing a 16th season.

"I have all the intentions of playing," said Milloy. "I'm a free agent just like any other free agent out there." The 37-year-old didn't do himself any favors by slamming the Seahawks' decision to start Tarvaris Jackson over Charlie Whitehurst.

Free agent SS Lawyer Milloy is not expected back with the Seahawks.

Milloy recently confirmed that he'll play a 16th season, but he's looking to play for a team that has a realistic shot at the Super Bowl. The 37-year-old is also reportedly in search of a better contract than the veteran minimum he played under last season.

Free agent SS Lawyer Milloy indicated that he plans to play a 16th season in 2011.

"I'm a free agent, just like anybody else. I'm available to all teams," said Milloy, who turns 38 this season. "And as long as I feel that I can do that and keep my body in shape (I'll keep playing)." Milloy struggled both in run support and coverage last season and didn't have an interception. The Seahawks have younger players who can do what Milloy did for much cheaper.
