Quinn registered three solo tackles and recorded his second sack of the season during Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

EDGE Analysis

The 26-year-old defensive end played just eight games last year and failed to record double-digit sacks for the first time since his rookie season in 2011. He was eased back into action during the preseason following offseason back surgery, and he's played just 63.9 percent of defensive plays (152 of 238) through the first three games. However, with two sacks already, Quinn is well on his way to being one of the premier edge rushers in the league again. His 40 sacks from 2012 to 2014 ranked third in the league.

Quinn (back) recorded one tackle in his only preseason action and is ready for the regular season.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn ended 2015 on injured reserve and required offseason back surgery. Los Angeles was slow to work him back into the flow of things and he only played in one preseason game, as he was rested to avoid aggravating the injury. He's considered fully healthy and will start for the team in their Week 1 matchup with the 49ers.

Quinn (back) is still being "slowly worked back in" but looked "spectacular" in one-on-one drills, SI.com's Greg Bedard reports.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn is a clear-cut elite talent when healthy, and it sounds like the back surgery that ended his 2015 season is steadily drifting further away in the rearview mirror. So long as he keeps rounding into game shape as Week 1 approaches, he'll be a great candidate to finish the season among the league's sack leaders.

Quinn (back) was placed on injured reserve Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

EDGE Analysis

After last week's announcement that Quinn would undergo season-ending back surgery, landing on IR was inevitable. The pass rusher concludes his fifth season with 21 tackles (13 solo), including five sacks, and three forced fumbles across eight games.

Quinn will undergo season-ending back surgery, KMOV 4 St. Louis reports.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn has missed four of the last five games, during which the Rams have fallen almost completely out of the playoff picture. As a result, he'll conclude his fifth season with 21 tackles (13 solo), including five sacks, and three forced fumbles in eight contests.

Quinn (back) is inactive Sunday against the Cardinals, Nick Wagoner of ESPN reports.

EDGE Analysis

This will be Quinn's third missed game in a row and the Rams pass rush is clearly limited without him in the lineup at right defensive end. Eugene Sims is likely to see the most time on the field while Quinn sits this one out.

Quinn (back) is considered questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, ESPN's Nick Wagoner reports.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn has been sidelined for the better part of the past month, and his current back ailment could prevent him from another appearance this weekend. If Quinn is out again come Sunday, Eugene Sims and William Hayes would figure to see more snaps against the Cardinals.

Quinn (back) didn't participate in practice Wednesday, the Rams' official site reports.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn has missed three of the past four games, and in his sole appearance, he earned just 14 snaps. There was hope that he would be able to practice to kick off the week, but he'll have opportunities Thursday and Friday to fit in some work in advance of Sunday's divisional showdown against the Cardinals.

Quinn (hip) worked out on Monday and hopes to practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

EDGE Analysis

The Rams need Quinn back bad, as they've been carved up the last couple weeks. How much he practices on Wednesday will go a long way toward predicting his status for Sunday's game.

Quinn (hip) in inactive Sunday against the Bengals, ESPN's Nick Wagoner reports.

EDGE Analysis

Quinn has sat out two of the past three games, and was on the field for just 14 snaps Week 10 against the Bears. After missing practice all week, it's not overly surprising to see him sit, as the Rams may want to save him to help compete for a Wild Card spot during the season's final stretch. His absence is certain to adversely affect the St. Louis pass rush.
