Ingram recorded two sacks and one tackle for a loss in the Sunday win over the Jaguars.

EDGE Analysis

Ingram was a disruptive force against the Jaguars, pressuring QB Blake Bortles throughout the contest. Coming off a career year in 2015, in which he recorded 10.5 sacks, Ingram could be poised for a repeat performance as the Chargers defensive line has greatly improved with the addition of Brendan Mebane.

2015 was Ingram's best year as a pro as he logged 65 total tackles and 10.5 sacks while playing in all 16 games.

EDGE Analysis

Injuries in both 2013 and 2014 limited Ingram's early development, but he broke out in a big way in 2015. In addition to all of the tackles and sacks, Ingram also showed his versatility by adding six passes defensed and three forced fumbles. The Chargers had a very disappointing season overall, but the Ingram was one of the few bright spots, and he should be even better in 2016.

Ingram notched six tackles (four solo), adding two sacks and a forced fumble in Sunday's win over the Dolphins.

EDGE Analysis

Ingram had a monster day for the Chargers in what very likely could be their last game in San Diego. The fourth-year linebacker now has eight sacks on the year after he picked up two more on Sunday, to go along with 56 tackles and three forced fumbles. Ingram seems to be getting better year-after-year and he should continue to provide solid value as an IDP moving forward.

Ingram had four tackles and 1.5 sacks in a losing effort on Sunday at Baltimore.

EDGE Analysis

Ingram had a good game trying to hold things together on a defense that was missing Manti Te'o and Eric Weddle from the start and also had Corey Liuget, Jason Verrett, Patrick Robinson, Darrell Stucky, and Jahleel Addae all miss time due to injury at one point or another during the game. Ingram, who now has 30 tackles and three sacks, has been solid but unspectacular through eight games this year.

Ingram enters OTAs at 246 pounds, after losing 20 pounds during the offseason, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

While Ingram never appeared to be out of shape, he's played just 13 games over the last two seasons, and he believes losing weight could help him stay healthy. He's now somewhat on the small side for a 3-4 outside linebacker, but that won't necessarily be an issue when it comes to rushing the passer. The 26-year-old former first-round draft pick had four sacks in nine games last season, finally showing some of the potential that warranted such a high selection. While it's always wise to be wary of the "best shape of his life" stories, Ingram has the right combination of talent, role and health to break out in his fourth season.

The Chargers say Ingram has come to camp in incredible shape and looks impressive in early workouts, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The Bolts are counting on a healthy and productive Ingram to give them a much needed boost in their pass rush. Ingram is now 24 months removed from ACL reconstruction surgery and is said to be back to peak form finally. The hip injury that cost him two months in 2014 is also supposedly fully healed. The Chargers have only seen glimpses of what their former first round pick can do, so his improved health is great news for them.

Ingram (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday's game against the Raiders, Ricky Henne of chargers.com reports.

The return of Ingram, who will see his first game action since Week 2, bolsters the Chargers' pass-rushing depth, but a wait-and-see approach is in order from an IDP perspective.

Ingram (hamstring) has been activated from IR/designated to return, The San Diego-Union Tribune reports

Ingram is expected to play for the first time since Week 2, but there's no guarantee he'll have the same starting role. Rookie outside linebacker Jerry Attaochu is also expected to return from a hamstring injury, joining a position group that already has Jarrett Johnson and Dwight Freeney healthy. All four players figure to get playing time at outside linebacker, which is good for the San Diego defense but probably not Ingram's IDP production.

Ingram (hip) is expected to practice Wednesday, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Ingram has been sidelined with a hip/hamstring injury since Week 2, but he is eligible to be activated from IR-R this week, and should be able to play Sunday if he can make it through practice without issue.
