Joseph (foot) will have toe surgery during the offseason, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports

EDGE Analysis

This shouldn't come as any surprise, given that Joseph dealt with a foot injury throughout the entire second half of the season. He missed Weeks 12-16, but with 56 tackles in just 12 games, Joseph cemented his reputation as one of the league's better run-stopping interior linemen. He only has 12.5 sacks in 81 career games.

Joseph (foot) is listed as active Sunday versus the Seahawks.

EDGE Analysis

Absent from four of the last five regular season games due to a foot injury, Joseph may not be able to uphold his standard snap count from the first portion of the season. Even if he bucks recent trends, though, he only posted 56 tackles (42 solo), including a half sack, and one forced fumble when active.

Joseph (foot) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Packers.

EDGE Analysis

One of the league's better run-stuffing defensive tackles, Joseph has been bothered by a foot injury since at least mid-November. Although his absence is good news for Green Bay's Eddie Lacy, the Minnesota defense is otherwise in good health.

Joseph (foot) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Packers.

EDGE Analysis

Joseph played in Week 16 against the Giants after missing the previous three games due to his foot injury. Although no setback was reported, his inability to practice all week suggests that he aggravated his foot during the game.

EDGE Analysis

Joseph has missed the last three contests, but after building up to a full practice session Friday, he'll serve his normal spot as one of the Vikings' starting defensive tackles. Outside of 54 tackles (41 solo) in 11 games, he's only contributed one forced fumble and a half sack.

EDGE Analysis

Joseph is set to return to action in Week 16 after missing the last three games. The Vikings' run defense did not fall off in Joseph's absence, but his return should only help make the unit more stout.

Joseph (foot) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears, Matt Vensel of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

EDGE Analysis

Joseph was able to log limited practices Thursday and Friday, but it ultimately wasn't enough for the defensive tackle to return to action. With Joseph missing his third straight game, Tom Johnson figures to assume a starting role and attempt to stuff the run against the two-pronged attack of Matt Forte and Jeremy Langford.
