McNary signed a contract with the Jaguars on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
McNary spent the last four seasons with the Colts, playing in 49 games and recording 79 combined tackles. He posted a team-high nine special teams tackles in 2016, and should fill a similar special teams role with the Jaguars while providing depth for the team's linebacker corps.

McNary will not receive a tender offer from the Colts, Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
McNary was a quality backup and special teams player for the Colts in 2016. He had 23 tackles and a forced fumble while playing in all 16 games. He'll be an unrestricted free agent when the new league year begins on Thursday.

McNary was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Kevin Bowen of the Colts' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
McNary suffered a "burner" during Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, but the issue appears to be a non-factor at this point as he should be able to play in Week 9 versus the Packers.

McNary is questionable to return to Sunday's game with a "burner," BJ Kissel of the Chiefs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
As long as McNary remains out, expect Edwin Jackson to see a starter's share of snaps at inside linebacker.

McNary (shoulder) had five total tackles and played 35 snaps on defense in Sunday's loss at Houston.
EDGE Analysis
McNary got all the snaps at inside linebacker opposite D'Qwell Jackson, but he came out on nickle and dime packages with Jackson saying in (he played all 71 snaps). Still, it looks like McNary will get the vast majority of playing time opposite Jackson over Antonio Morrison after the release of Sio Moore.

McNary (shoulder) was removed from the Colts' injury report and is in line to play against the Texans on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
McNary was limited during Wednesday's practice, but was uninhibited during both of Thursday's and Friday's sessions. He'll line up in his usual starting inside linebacker role.

McNary (shoulder) was a full participant in practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
McNary was limited in practice yesterday due to his shoulder injury suffered in the team's win over the Bears in Week 5. His return to full participation indicate he should be expected to play in the Colts' Week 6 matchup with the Texans.

McNary was limited in Wednesday's practice due to a shoulder injury.
EDGE Analysis
McNary left Sunday's game with what was described as neck injury and didn't return. His return to practice suggests the injury is minor and he'll be able to play this week. He started at inside linebacker with the release of Sio Moore and would likely start again this week if healthy. However, he may split playing time with Antonio Morrison.

EDGE Analysis
The details surrounding the injury are vague, but McNary should be considered questionable to play in Week 6 until further notice.

McNary and Antonio Morrison will split playing time at insider linebacker opposite D'Qwell Jackson with the release of Sio Moore, according to head coach Chuck Pagano.
EDGE Analysis
Moore was Indy's leading tackler, so McNary or Morrison could be an IDP option if they get the bulk of playing time. However, we may not know who the starter at the position is until Sunday.
