Timmons led the resurgence of the Steelers' defense, which finished third in the league with 48 sacks, matching their total from 2010 when they last made it to the Super Bowl. Timmons, who turns 30 this off season, extended his streak of consecutive regular season games played to 104, which is the fourth longest active consecutive games played streak among NFL linebackers. He should continue to be worthy of fantasy consideration in IDP leagues in 2016.
