The Tacoma News Tribune considers Sidney Rice a No. 1 receiver in the NFL even though "he isn't targeted like one."
It's a very reasonable assessment. Despite finally playing in all 16 games this year, Rice saw just 80 targets. That ranked him 73rd in the league, behind the likes of Chris Givens, Benjamin Watson and Nate Washington. Rice still came up with a 50/748/7 line, but the Seahawks' run-heavy scheme puts a damper on his 2013 outlook.
