The Raiders offseason program begins on Tuesday. FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reported over the weekend that Terrelle Pryor would likely be waived by Monday if the Raiders couldn't find a trade partner, but Tuesday is the likelier date for the transaction. The team doesn't want Pryor getting hurt at the club facility. Look for the move to happen tomorrow.
