Sam Bradford completed 8-of-17 passes for 205 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in St. Louis' 31-17 Week 12 win over the Cardinals.
Despite the bizarre box score, it was one of Bradford's best games of the season, and perhaps his career. Bradford hardly bothered with short-to-intermediate throws, instead relentlessly challenging downfield. It paid off in the form of a ridiculous 12.1 YPA and downright absurd 25.6 yards per completion. He was badly late on his interception - a ball intended for Austin Pettis in the end zone - but otherwise stepped up for a team that needs its former No. 1 pick to become a more consistent playmaker. There was a scary moment when Bradford's surgically-repaired shoulder was driven hard into the turf, but he ended up missing only one play. Bradford will get the 49ers' elite defense in Week 13.
